Bicycling

Finally, in terms of likely aerobics there is bicycling. That same person expends 298 calories in 30 minutes when bicycling at a speed of 12 to 13.9 miles per hour. Also, that person expends 316 calories in 30 minutes when bicycling at a speed of 14 to 15.9 miles per hour. Finally, 446 calories in 30 minutes when bicycling at a speed of 16 to 19 miles per hour.
